Jacob’s journey includes career-ending injuries, business failures, and even homelessness. But through it all, he’s built a life and career rooted in resilience, and now teaches others how to do the same.
Based in Metro Detroit, he is a proud husband to Kimberly and father to four kids. Whether I’m speaking on stage, coaching leaders, or cheering from the sidelines at my kids’ games, he leads with courage, compassion, and a deep belief in the power of transformation through adversity.
RYAN OGLE
Ryan has been a licensed realtor in Michigan since 2001 and has compiled a sales history of more than $300 million with a range of residential and commercial sales throughout west Michigan. He is committed to making the buying and selling experience a memorable and rewarding experience for his clients and agents. In addition to selling real estate, Ryan also owns and oversees a full-service property management company, a construction/renovation company, and a creative marketing agency. In 2018, he served as the president of the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors, and lives and works in Grand Rapids with his wife Jessica, two sons, and a daughter. Ryan is committed to showcasing the great living opportunities within west Michigan, not only by selling homes, but also by investing in real estate in the area. He specializes in providing a wide range of opportunities for agents to earn income in several different ways with each client.

Jason White is a devoted husband of 21 years, proud father of three daughters, and a man of God committed to living out his faith in both his family and career. He also teaches and mentors real estate agents, investing in the next generation of professionals.
Jason’s influence extends beyond his business and church—he was honored to deliver the commencement speech at his alma mater, inspiring graduates to lead with purpose and conviction. His passion is to challenge men to lead boldly in their homes, marriages, and communities, building legacies rooted in faith and responsibility.
