Speaker Bios
KENT CHEVALIER
Kent Chevalier is an inspirational speaker and author known for his passion for leadership, purpose, and faith. His talks have encouraged countless lives across CEO Forums, YPO chapters, real estate firms, banking and restaurant industries, and the transportation sector. Kent has also spoken to teams throughout the NCAA and the NFL. After two decades serving in various pastoral leadership roles in the local Church context, Kent was invited by Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin to serve as an NFL Chaplain in 2019. He now speaks at different universities, churches, businesses, and conferences across the United States. Kent is also the founder of the Deflect the Glory movement that raises awareness and resources for nonprofit ministries in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor’s degree in student ministry from Geneva College and a master’s degree in theological studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Kent is from Pittsburgh, and he values most being a husband to Erica and a dad to their three adult daughters and one son-in-law.
DAVID SCOTT
David Scott is a man of strong faith and a seasoned mortgage professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as a Sales Manager and Vice President, a role that allows him to mentor and guide young professionals entering the mortgage business. Throughout his career, he has earned multiple awards, including being recognized several times as the number one mortgage officer in the state of Michigan. In addition to his success in mortgage lending, David previously owned and operated two jewelry stores, showcasing his entrepreneurial background and strong business acumen.
Outside of his professional life, David is deeply family-oriented. He has been married to his wife, Cheryl, for 36 years, and together they have built a close-knit family that includes two daughters and two granddaughters, with another grandchild on the way. He is passionate about boating, staying active with daily workouts, and enjoys playing pickleball and golf. Above all, David values quality time with his family and especially enjoys traveling and vacationing with his wife.

Jason White is a devoted husband of 21 years, proud father of three daughters, and a man of God committed to living out his faith in both his family and career. For more than 15 years, Jason has faithfully led small groups, equipping men to grow in faith and leadership. Professionally, he is a realtor who leads the Jason White Homes Real Estate Group and Broker of Elite Agents, where he is known for integrity, excellence, and servant leadership. He also teaches and mentors real estate agents, investing in the next generation of professionals.
Jason’s influence extends beyond his business and church—he was honored to deliver the commencement speech at his alma mater, inspiring graduates to lead with purpose and conviction. His passion is to challenge men to lead boldly in their homes, marriages, and communities, building legacies rooted in faith and responsibility.
